Why Do You Work At OrthopedicOne?

I wanted to work at Orthopedic One since I sustained an injury in high school that lead to many months of physical therapy. Through my experience as a patient and as a student during clinical rotations, I have witnessed that Orthopedic One is a unique company that not only encourages their patients to be better than they were prior to injury, but fosters a welcoming work experience as well. The collaborative relationships between surgeons and therapists allows the patient to be centered in the recovery process, ensuring that they are our number one priority.
