A Patient Story
I want to give a big shout out to the registration team. I was marked a no show when I was at the registration desk six minutes after my appointment time. I had to wait five minutes for registration to call back and then run back when no one answered the phone to make sure they would still take my appointment after waiting a month to be seen. Thank you to the registration team for always being as efficient as possible and great patient advocates.
