I want to take the time to share my appreciation for Kaleigh Cole and Orthopedic One Physical Therapy. I had shoulder surgery and then some issues with my low back. Kaleigh has been working with me since January. In my opinion, she has exceptional knowledge, skill, confidence, people skills and professionalism that result in the best experience and results possible for me as a patient. She is also very consistent every day with a smile and kind demeanor to keep it fun. One of the best attributes is her listening skills. Even while working with multiple patients, she always balanced her time to listen to my concerns and symptoms related to my condition and knew exactly what action to take.

I must say that I was a little nervous leading into therapy after shoulder surgery and was concerned with how things would go. It couldn’t have been better. I did everything I could do to make sure I would always get on Kaleigh’s schedule. I can see that there are many exceptional people providing the same services there at Orthopedic One, but I can’t imagine any are more professional and thorough. I compliment Orthopedic One for the care I received and would recommend it to anyone. I think the entire group of Physical Therapists and the staff that greet you and help with scheduling are a pleasure to work with. Thank you for providing the best level of care and recovery for me and for having Kaleigh Cole on your team.
