On 5/22/2023, I had a doctors appointment to see Dr. James Popp, my first time seeing him. I was scared because maybe I had to have surgery or what he was going say to me. When he came in the room his energy was so positive, he was kind, he cared, he was amazing, he listened,his honest, and he explained the details about my fractures!!!! He is FUNNY, LOVE HIS SENSE OF HUMOR OMG HIS WONDERFUL!!!! Please let Dr.Popp be my doctor forever,no one else. Another thing, I met Makayla the MA Medical Assistant she was super amazing, she was caring, gentle, and professional! Best medical assistant I have met so far. Thank you Makayla for your kindness and caring heart!!! She deserve a huge raise!!!!! Wendy is so professional I was trying to write this testimonial story through a portal my phone rang and it was her. Wendy explained to me where to go on the website and we start to talk and let tell ya wow I felt like we were good friends that we have known each other for years!! Wendy Thank you for patience and your kindness too, and your helpfulness!!! THIS IS AN AMAZING TEAM. I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD TOO AND THIS IS THE BEST I EVER SEEN BY FAR!!!! Also, the lady that did my registration, she is blonde she is in the room with the sliding door in the waiting room area she was very nice too! GREAT TEAM!!!!
