I would like to provide some positive comments to three employees regarding my May 11, 2021 appointment.

Carrie, who showed me to the exam room, took some basic information and answered some questions. She was very focused on her tasks and seemed to be genuinely interested in my situation. She was very friendly and helped put me at ease prior to the exam.

Dr. Pallante was very easy to talk to and I appreciated his bedside manner. After reviewing the X-Rays, examining the movement of my legs, etc., he provided an excellent overview of my situation. He was very knowledgeable regarding my situation and he was very supportive. He provided some suggested next steps, including the possibility of physical therapy.

Lori helped me after my visit with the doctor was completed. She provided me with information on how to contact the physical therapy department and told me to feel free to call her if I had any follow-up questions regarding my visit.

I hope Dr. Pallante, Carrie, and Lori receive the “kudos” they deserve for their excellent attitudes and job performance. Way to go!!
