While on a vacation in early August I fell down a flight of stairs in a VRBO and fractured my clavicle, broke a couple ribs and broke my upper right arm (Humerus). Dr. Bellisari, S. Koppes (P.A) and his surgical team successfully operated on my arm by securing the broken bone with a plate and screws. Post-surgery physical therapy with the Orthopedic One staff at the Polaris Road location was painful but extremely helpful to get my partial arm strength back within 5 months of the break. A follow-up second surgery that included a “clean-out” occurred as a result of an infection that didn’t subside from oral antibiotics. After confirming that the bone in my arm had correctly healed, a third surgery was scheduled and completed to remove the hardware and completely eliminate any remaining infection. Since this last operation, I have recovered more than 95 percent of my arm mobility.

I want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Dr. Bellisari, Steve K and Makayla (Dr. Bellisari’s Patient Care Coordinator) for their professional services throughout my experience with Orthopedic One. The continuous care, concerns and welcomed smiles made this experience extremely satisfying as a patient.
