Dr. Mileti performed a Reverse Shoulder replacement for me on May 14,2024. The surgery went perfectly. There aren’t enough words of praise for not only Dr. Mileti and his PA ERIN, but for his entire staff, Shelly and Logan. They answered every question I had promptly and completely. As I said earlier the surgery went great and I am progressing exactly as they said I would. My Physical Therapist, Rachel Polling has been great as well. Very professional and encouraging. Whole experience could not have gone better.
