After having an MRI over 10 years ago I realized I was a bit claustrophobic. I have never looked forward to another MRI and vowed to never do another closed one. When I arrived at the Westerville office the staff recognized I was apprehensive and calmed me down. Angie went above and beyond to make the MRI tolerable. I asked her to let me out once and she did not mind, calmed me down and I assured me everything would be ok. Even if I needed to stop the MRI,it was no big deal. She proceeded quickly as possible and I got it over with w/o incident. I could not thank her enough and really need to let your company know that you have a true professional there. Anybody else I may have rescheduled and left. She is a valuable asset. Thank You.
