Beginning at registration, Sarah noticed I was very nervous. Sarah, thank you so much for being patient with me. I know you interact with several patients every day, but you made me feel like I was the only one. You took your time and made me feel welcome and you truly cared for me.

Dr. Herceg, we all know how busy you are! From the moment I met you, you took the time and listened to my challenges. When I returned from my CT scan, I stated I was exhausted and tired. You lead me out of your office and shared with me my CT scan and explained in detail what was going on. In less than a week, you had my surgery scheduled. I was in brutal pain and you knew why you cared❤️.

Before surgery, you walked into my room to make sure I was comfortable and ready to go! Of course, I was, because your entire team is amazing, compassionate, and caring! Your entire team is a direct reflection of you! Thank you for conducting two calls to my family and explaining my needs after surgery. You did not have to take the time, but you did, and for that, we all are very thankful!
