RETIRED EFFECTIVE July 1, 2024:
After a career spanning nearly 30 years, Dr. Peter H. Edwards retires from active patient care, effective July 1, 2024.
The medical records of Dr. Edward’s patients will remain at Orthopedic ONE, where they can continue to receive excellent care from his physician colleagues. Those who wish to continue care with a physician at Orthopedic ONE can call our office at (614) 827-8700 to schedule an appointment.
Patients who choose to pursue care with a physician outside of our practice may download a medical record release form from the Patient Forms section of our website and return it by mail, fax, or in person to one of the reception staff. Your records will be forwarded to you at no charge.
