Dr. Brent Bickel is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with additional fellowship training in the specialty of hand, elbow, and shoulder.
Dr. Bickel has extensive experience in treating common conditions of the hand and arm, including: carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon injuries, arthritis of the hand and wrist, tennis elbow, and fracture care.

Dr. Bickel has extensive experience in treating common conditions of the hand and arm, including: carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon injuries, arthritis of the hand and wrist, tennis elbow, and fracture care.
Dr. Bickel received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus Ohio, and then continued his training at the Cleveland Clinic in a combined hand/upper extremity fellowship. Dr. Bickel cares for patients at our Gahanna/Reynoldsburg location on the east side of Columbus.
Dedicated to his community, Dr. Bickel has volunteered for Lifeline of Ohio and a smoking cessation program in Central Ohio schools. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and The American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Bickel has presented at conferences and contributed to medical journals on topics such as nerve and ligament repair, wrist arthritis, and tumors of the hand and wrist.
