Dr. Andrew Campbell is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery. He completed his undergraduate degree, medical degree, and orthopedic residency at The Ohio State University, where he earned multiple awards for clinical excellence, leadership, and teaching. Dr. Campbell then went on to complete his fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. His clinical research has been published in high impact journals and he serves as a reviewer for the orthopedic literature.
Dr. Campbell has a special interest in the direct anterior approaches to hip surgery, and is certified in Mako robotic-assisted knee, and partial knee replacements. He also has extensive training in complex primary and revision total hip and knee replacement.
Dr. Campbell has an interest in sports and volunteering. He has provided sports medicine coverage for the Columbus City Schools’ football teams and coached football at Worthington Kilbourne High School. He also served as a volunteer for the Steps for Sarcoma Walk and the New Life Free Clinic.
Dr. Campbell and his wife, Amanda, who is a pediatric oncologist, enjoy traveling and spending time outside with their young son and daughter.
