Attendees can pick up their FREE vouchers at the following Orthopedic ONE Therapy Services locations beginning on Monday, October 15th: 

DELAWARE – 460 W. Central Ave.   Hours: Mon – Fri – 8AM- 7PM

DUBLIN – 6840 Perimeter Dr.   Hours: Mon – Fri – 7AM-7PM

GAHANNA/REYNOLDSBURG– 170 Taylor Station Rd.  Hours: Mon-Fri – 7AM-7PM
