ORTHOPEDIC ONE TO OPEN NEW GAHANNA OFFICE IN OCTOBER 2024

Orthopedic ONE broke ground in September 2023 on a two-story, 60,000sf medical office building in Gahanna’s growing Crescent development. 

Clearly visible from I-270, designs for the new building include a 12-pod physician clinic representing all orthopedic specialties, expanded physical and occupational therapy space, and MRI services.  

This new facility will replace the current office at 170 Taylor Station Road in Columbus, relocating most of the site’s physicians and associates as early as October 2024.

Orthopedic ONE has been working with Columbus’ Daimler Group, Inc. as developer, Moody Nolan, Inc., and E.P. Ferris & Associates on plans for the roughly 7-plus acre site near the intersection of Hamilton Road and Tech Center Drive.

Orthopedic ONE currently operates nine locations in central Ohio, including offices in Canal Winchester, Delaware, Dublin, Gahanna/Reynoldsburg, Grove City, Hilliard, Powell, Upper Arlington and Westerville.
