Four new physicians will join Orthopedic ONE in summer 2019 – all with roots in Ohio
Orthopedic ONE is pleased to announce four new physicians will be joining its roster of nearly 60 of central Ohio’s top orthopedic and physical medicine specialists. All will begin seeing patients in August or September at locations across the group’s sprawling central Ohio footprint.

Adam S. Martin, M.D.
An orthopedic surgeon completing his fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Martin will see patients at both the Upper Arlington and Delaware offices beginning September 3. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Northern University and attended medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. He then went on to fulfill his orthopedic residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Martin looks forward to returning the Columbus area with his wife and three children.
Alexandra M. Paraskos, M.D.
A physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, Dr. Paraskos will complete her spine medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in August and begin seeing patients at the Upper Arlington office on August 12. She received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and attended medical school at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. She then went on to complete her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at Oakland University – William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan. Originally from Upper Arlington, Dr. Paraskos is eager to return home and begin her practice at Orthopedic ONE.
Oliver J. Scotting, M.D.
An orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Scotting will complete his fellowship program in adult reconstruction surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in August and begin seeing patients at the Westerville office on August 19. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California – Santa Barbara, and attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati. He then went on to fulfil his orthopedic residency at the Henry Ford hospital in Michigan. Dr. Scotting is excited to put down roots in Columbus with his wife and young daughter.
Neelay S. Thakkar, M.D.
A physical medicine and rehabilitation physician, Dr. Thakkar will complete an interventional pain fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in August and begin seeing patients at both the Westerville and Grove City offices on August 19. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Akron and attended medical school at Northeast Ohio Medical University. He completed his physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and looks forward to beginning his practice in his hometown with his wife and newborn son.
