Course Objectives
The objective of this meeting is to provide education and information regarding how to diagnose the different forms of arthritis, the appropriate non-surgical treatments of arthritis, including injections, physical therapy and prescription medications, and when it is appropriate to refer to a specialist. Participants will also learn of the surgical treatment of arthritis, as well as rehab protocols surrounding hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty. After participating in this activity, the attendees should be more confident in their ability to:
- Confidently use updated rehab protocols surrounding hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty.

Discuss the appropriateness of non-surgical treatments of arthritis and when to refer to a specialist
- Describe new surgical treatments for arthritis.

Develop skills for non-surgical treatments, including injections, PT, and prescription medication
